This affiliate program is valid for subscription (recurring) based Light, Basic, Pro, and Business Crawl plans only, which include monthly and yearly crawl plans and additional crawl instances. A one time subscription payment with immediate cancelation is also considered a subscription, and you will receive a commission on that single payment as well, unless if that user was issued a refund for whatever reason. You will not receive commissions on crawl setup, data scrapping, advertizing, and other offers not mentioned above.
Amount received for each referral depends on your subscription status at the moment the referred user subscribes. For recurring payments, the first payment of your referred subscriber is the initial sale and your current subscription status at that moment is considered for the given referral. This status will last for as long as that user is subscribed even if you change your subscription status.
Your total earning will be the sum of two profit sharing cases explained above, in case that you change subscription status over time. On some sales you will receive higher rates, on other lower rates, depending on your subscription status at the moment of the initial payment for that user.

By participating in our affiliate program you will earn above specified commission for all newly acquired SemanticJuice subscription purchases that came through your reference link, regardless if they are clicked on website pages, in e-mails, videos, social networks, etc. Commissions are recurring, so you will get profit of what your referral, or their referral pays us every month until their subscription ends. Please note that this applies only to brand new, first time users you refer. Old, existing or returning SemanticJuice users are not eligible referrals. You must use a single account regardless of the number of places where you promote SemanticJuice. You cannot open multiple accounts.
Payments are processed through the following systems: PayPal and Wire Transfer. Commission payments are made upon reaching a minimum threshold of $100 for PayPal or $1000 for Wire Transfer. If you haven’t reached it yet, the amount will be transferred to the next payout period. Payments are made on the 15th of each month, when your account balance reaches minimum threshold or more for the previous months' transactions. There might be slight deviations from this date. Commission is paid in US Dollars (USD). We will be automating this process in near future, but currently do this through intermediary company.
SemanticJuice Affiliate Program Terms is a legal agreement between Inverudio Inc., a Chicago, USA based corporation, and you. Your commission will be paid through intermediary entity. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow linking between Your website, your marketing activity, etc. and semanticjuice.com website. To receive a wire transfer, you will need to provide the following information in the "Affiliate Billing Method" section of your SemanticJuice profile: PayPal information, or Name of the bank, Account Number or IBAN, Account Name, Account Type, Routing (ABA), SWIFT OR BIC and Bank address.
To simplify the profit sharing with our affiliates, we outsorced the payment to a trusted entity to whom we transfer all the profits to be shared with all our affiliates, and the entity deals with affiliates on individual basis. In the future we may do this ourselves, but currenly it is too much paperwork for our young startup and we try to keep the cost of this service low. Instead of dealing with many affiliates, we simply deal with this single entity.
Your billing info and the total amount to be paid to you will be forwarded to this third party entity. We cover their intermediary fee. Entity is European based company and you may not even need to file W-8 or W-9 forms if you are US citizen or a company, but consult your accountant just to make sure. You are obliged to file and pay your own taxes on commissions received.
You and SemanticJuice are independent contractors, and nothing in these Affiliate Program Terms will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representatives, or employment relationship between you and us. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on Your website or otherwise, that reasonably contradict anything in these Affiliate Program Terms.
If you delete your account from SemanticJuice, you will stop receiving your commissions. If your email is not verified or your billing info is invalid at the moment we send payment, that commission payment will be void!

The commission will not be credited if you use spam or other illegal methods of promotion. Redirect pages and links are prohibited. Cookie stuffing techniques that set the tracking cookie without the user actually clicking on the referral link, i.e. pixel iframe. False or misleading advertising is prohibited. Traffic that is generated by pay to click, pay to read, banner exchanges, click exchanges, CPV advertising, pop-up/under, SPAM, purchased traffic etc. Websites that contain pornography, explicit language or content, violence, hate speech, promote illegal activities, gambling, coupons, bargains or discounts, violate intellectual property rights or laws, contain materials that are defamatory, libelous, or disparaging or links to any content listed here. Remember, SemanticJuice is a topical search engine service, and it is easy for us to automatically detect such content. Please note that you have to be at least 18 years old to join. We also reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership of parked domains; websites with little or no original content, or those that are inactive. We also do not tolerate fraud of any kind, spamming and other unscrupulous practices. We will also not pay the affiliates who subscribe using their own reference link to get a discount! Any violation of these rules is the reason for immediate termination of your account on semanticjuice.com, and loss of all commissions that you have on balance, as well as unused time period of your subscription. You will also not receive any payment for referring existing or returning SemanticJuice users. You cannot simply copy & paste contents of our site to promote our service or pretend to represent SemanticJuice; you must write your own content. Such commissions will be removed from Tier 2 as well, meaning that if your referred subscriber spammed etc, and have gained subscribers in such a way, their spam account will be removed, and your commissions on those Tier 2 referrals also void. Affiliate relationship may be terminated at any time without warning or notice at our sole discretion, for above reasons, or other reasons.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, SEMANTICJUICE (INVERUDIO INC) DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (I) MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, (II) THAT THERE ARE NO VIRUSES OR OTHER COMPONENTS, (III) THAT SEMANTICJUICE SECURITY METHODS WILL BE SUFFICIENT, (IV) REGARDING CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY, OR (V) AGAINST INTERFERENCE WITH ENJOYMENT OF AFFILIATE THE PUBLISHER'S INFORMATION OR WEBSITE. ALL INFORMATION AND COMPUTER PROGRAMS PROVIDED TO YOU IN THE COURSE OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE PROVIDED WITH ALL FAULTS, AND THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU. SEMANTICJUICE IS, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRACTICES, ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY AFFILIATE, OR AFFILIATE WEBSITE(S), AND/OR THE CONTENT OF AFFILIATE WEBSITE OR THAT THE AFFILIATE MAKES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE NETWORK SERVICE.
