A: The project will allow for the development of a testbed to allow for the testing of 5G applications in a real-world environment. The project will be a collaboration between T-Mobile and the University of Colorado at Boulder.

A: The city of Detroit is offering up free access to its 5G test network for any and all researchers, developers, and startups. This is a great opportunity to get a head start on 5G development.
