A: The rates for different levels of play vary depending on the organization, but most of the time, the level of play is determined by the birth year and age of the player.

A: Cross-Ice is a smaller version of the game of hockey that is played on a smaller rink. This allows for more space and time for the players to develop their skills.

A: Hockey is a state of the art training center that uses methods learned by former NHL player Jamie Lundmark to improve all athletes.
Q: How should my child use Method Hockey?
A: Come and work on your shooting, stick handling, or skating skills. You can come one day a week or every day. If you come with your team, you can practice your team’s system or just play some 3 v 3. If you come with your team, you will have a coach. If you come on your own, you will be coached by a former NHL player.

A: Come to the weight room 30 minutes before or after practice, with your team or any other time (including off days of school) during the week.
