Q: Who can join?
A: Anyone with or without prior experience may join.
Q: How do I join?
A: There are no tryouts, just fill out the participation agreement on MaizePages. We welcome all experience levels, whether you have competed in national championships or do not know what a round kick is.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: To cancel your membership, you need to contact us in writing (via email or in person at the studio). Once cancellation notice has been received, we will send you a confirmation email and your account will be cancelled 30 days later. If a monthly payment falls within the last 30 days, the payment will be charged.

A: We do taekwondo.
Q: What is the gym culture like?
A: Muay Thai is a great way to get fit, relieve stress and tone your body. It is suitable for all levels and our classes are a mix of partner drilling, pad work and sparring. We are a inclusive and empowering gym with a diverse range of members.
Q: Who are the coaches?
A: – We have 5 coaches that all teach classes throughout the week. All our coaches have varying years of training and teaching experience and like to think we compliment each others styles.
Q: What are your prices?
A: Our membership fees range from $150 to $250 per month, depending on the training program and options you choose.

PREREQUISITES FOR GYM TRAINING.

Q: What should I expect when I come to practice?
A: Wear comfortable workout clothing and be prepared to take your shoes off. Arrive a few minutes early to warm up.
Q: What equipment is involved or required?
A: We provide all the equipment you need to get started, and you are welcome to borrow it from the club. Sparring gloves and mouthguards are required, and groin protectors are recommended.
Q: What can I expect on my first day?
A: No matter what your experience level or goals are, there is a place for you at Fearless MMA.
Q: What do I need for class?
A: No, there is no separate teen program at The Thai Boxing Institute, but teens are welcome to train alongside adults in many of the classes.
Q: What kind of equipment do I need to bring?
A: Bring yourself, wear workout clothes and bring a bottle of water. You don't need to bring any boxing or BJJ gear.
Q: What age do you have to be to train at your gym?
A: No matter what your age is, you can join us on the mat and achieve your potential!.
