A: The Loon Freestyle program is a good fit for children who want to be strong skiers and have a desire to learn how to take air, ski moguls and hit terrain park features safely. The child should also be able to ski parallel, keep up with the group while skiing under control, and possess the ability to get on the chair lift independently and ride it safely.

A: Every athlete is encouraged to participate in the Loon Freestyle Tournament, regardless of age or ability. Registration can be done through www.easternfreestyle.org.
Q: How does Axess RFID gated control system work?
A: RFID access control uses a system of tags, readers, and computer servers to allow chairlift/magic carpet access to guests who present valid Louis Xpress cards loaded with lift tickets/season passes/lessons and rentals.

A: The Winter Program for full-time athletes typically starts in early December, although the exact date may vary depending on the athlete's schedule.

A: Dress in layers and be prepared for the weather conditions! We will take breaks to warm up as needed.

A: Please try to be on time, but we understand things happen. Our morning chairlift of choice is North Peak. We will almost always lap through there a couple of times each session so that’s the quickest way to catch the group.

A: Your coach will email you by 7am if there is a need to delay or cancel due to weather.

A: We offer training during Christmas vacation and Mass February vacation.

A: If you are a beginner, you should be comfortable on the beginner slopes. If you are a novice, you should be comfortable on green and some blue slopes.
